Eligibility:
- Candidate should have worked in International Voice process for minimum 6 months.
- Should be able to handle 40+ calls per day.
- Should have Excellent Communication skills.
- Should be strong in Technical areas.
- Troubleshooting on Windows OS, Printer, Outlook configurations and Active Directory.
- Should be ready to work in call taking process(L1 support).
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 environment.
